Meter Change-out Underway

As your meters are being changed out, here are some things that you will need to know:

The final meter reading from your old meter will be sent to our office staff. Please contact them for assistance when figuring your next bill.

If you have any trouble with the online payment system updating, please contact the district office to either pay over the phone or receive assistance from our staff. Please be aware that the online portal only updates once a month, it will not automatically add the usage off your old meter to your bill. Also, keep in mind that the online portal does not calculate late fees (10%) so don't forget to add that to your total when paying your bill if late...
