Meter Change-out Underway

As your meters are being changed out, here are some things that you will need to know:

The final meter reading from your old meter will be sent to our office staff.  Please contact them for assistance when figuring your next bill.

If you have any trouble with the online payment system updating, please contact the district office to either pay over the phone or receive assistance from our staff.  Please be aware that the online portal only updates once a month, it will not automatically add the usage off your old meter to your bill.  Also, keep in mind that the online portal does not calculate late fees (10%) so don't forget to add that to your total when paying your bill if late fees apply.

Our office is anticipating the first round of bills to potentially be sent out in August.  IF you do not receive a bill at that time continue to read your meter until you receive your FIRST BILL So, continue to read your meter and turn the numbers and payments into the office as normal.  If you are unsure if your mailing/contact information is correct with the district, please submit the correct information through our website or contact the office directly to make any changes.  You can also sign up for any future alerts through the website.

Our staff appreciates your patience during this transition time.  Our call times and even wait times in the office have increased during this process, so bear with us during these changes.  We will return voicemails, emails and website notifications as quickly as possible.
